1 oz Deva® absinthe
3 dashes benedictine herbal liqueur
2 dashes bitters
1 oz water
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Absinthe Cocktail
Absinth Sour
1 oz Absinth® absinthe herbal liqueur
1 oz clear water
1 oz sugar syrup
2 tsp lime juice or lemon juice
Shake all ingredients together and strain over ice into a old fashioned/rock glass. Garnish with lemon and anis star.
