Caribbean Coffee

1 oz dark rum
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar

Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.

really great recipe. i didn’t really know how the rum and black coffee would taste if mixed together, but the coffee is delicious!! i’m also gonna try some other recipes :) well done and keep up the good work!
